Terms and Conditions

A Contract will be emailed to you prior to your first service. In the event that this does not happen the following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Krystle Lamont ie. 3 Dogs Training & Care Co.



Service Fees

All are listed on website and remain in effect from first day of service for 1 full year and will increase by 5-10% each year. If you are unsure of the service fee, please inquire with trainer prior to service. 

All rate increases will be notified to client prior to change. 

Clients with trainer prior to the organizing of 3 Dogs Training & Care Co are grandfathered in at old rates which have been explicitly arranged between the two parties.

Holiday Rates

 We follow a holiday pricing policy for high-demand dates. During major holidays, all services are 2x base price.

Advance bookings are required for holidays and long (3 day) weekends. 25% deposit for stays longer than 3 days and a 50% deposit is required. for 3 days weekends on holidays.

Holiday Dates in remaining in 2025: Nov. 27-30, Dec. 24- Dec 31st 2025.

2026: Jan 1st, Jan 16-19th, Feb 13-16th, May 22-25th, Jun 19-21st, Jul 3-5th, Sep 4-7th, Nov 26-29th and Dec 24-31st

Emails sent out at the beginning of the year for upcoming year holiday date reminders.


 The parties herein agree as follows: 

1) 3 Dogs Training & care Co., Krystle Lamont, the “Pet Care Provider” mentioned hereafter, is authorized to perform training and care services as outlined on this contract. The Pet Care Provider is also authorized to seek emergency veterinary care with release from all liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense. Should specified veterinarian be unavailable, The Pet Care Provider is authorized to engage the services of the veterinarian of their choice. If a client cannot be contacted in a timely manner, is authorized to approve medical and/or emergency treatment (excluding euthanasia) as recommended by a veterinarian. Client understands the Pet Care Provider has insurance (Next Insurance) however this is for emergencies only and the client agrees to reimburse The Pet Care Provider for expenses incurred, plus any additional fees for attending to such emergency, as well as expenses incurred for any other home/dog supplies needed during their pet's care. Client understands that the Pet Care Provider has Pet Insurance to help care for any emergency situations in the event that the owner cannot be reached. The Insurance Provider in NEXT Insurance, should you have any additional questions regarding this part of the contract please discuss with your pet care provider. 

2) In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, The Pet Care Provider is entrusted to use best judgment in caring for your Pet(s) and home. The Pet Care Provider will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions. 

3) I (or my homeowner’s insurance) will be responsible for any injury (i.e. pet bite, scratches requiring medical attention) to the Pet, The Pet Care Provider due to my pet(s) or condition of premises. 

4) This company, its employees and independent contractors agree to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable, caring, and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against 3 Dogs Training & Care Co. except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of The Pet Care Provider. 

5) I understand that this contract also serves as an invoice, and I take full responsibility for prompt payment of fees. All unanticipated times and expenses spent during responsible completion of pet care duties will be paid upon receipt of completed service. A late fee charge of 5% will be added to unpaid balances after Seven (7) DAYS. A handling fee of $40 will be charged to all returned checks. One half deposit is required on lengthy assignments such as repeating daycare, or House-Sitting stays longer than 2 weeks. Clients with a history of late payment will be required to pay before any services rendered. 

6) I further authorize this contract to be valid approval for future services permitting all pet care services & to use The Pet Care Providers telephone number to make and confirm reservations for service and enter my promises without additional signed contracts or written authorizations. 

7) I agree to periodic emails from owner regarding upcoming holidays, socials, hikes and blog posts

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change as life happens! To honor the time and preparation that goes into each booking, we have a simple cancellation policy in place:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur additional charges, but any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full-service rate, depending on the circumstances.
Deposits

This helps secure your time slot and guarantee service. Deposits are used to prepare custom care or training plans as well as aid your trainer in providing the best service possible for you and your dog(s).

In the rare event that the Trainer must cancel for emergency situations your deposit will be paid back in full.

Return and Refund Policy

 

No Refunds on Services and Digital Art

All sales are final for services rendered and for electronic/digital art. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for these items once the service has been provided or the digital product has been delivered.


Pet Products – 15-Day Refund Policy

We offer refunds on physical pet products only. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
     
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Any personalized products are not eligible for refund
 

To request a refund, please contact us at: info@3dogstrainingcare.com with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping.
